COOLER bag

some office dont ahve fridge for u - the pump parts pump liao got some milk right - u cannot be washing each time u pump at work. so we place the parts into a zip lock during the day & dump into cooler bag/fridge. The milk pumped hor - some ladies dont like put in office fridge cos will have idiots touching hor. If u need to label your stuff & put plastic bag whatever.

If not this cooler bag serves as your fridge lor.

I usually pop my ice pack when i reach office into freezer. Put my pump parts into a big tupperwear ($2 brand one) then pop everything into fridge. Milk I dont use milk bags yet. I put into big 300ml avent milk bottles - i tried those glass bottles - will leak on the way home cos the caps may not be 100% secure & fit lor.

Then i reach home i pour out into milk bags or glas bottles into say baby that time drinks 100ml I make 110ml glass bottle lor. or she drinks 150ml I will use milk bags instead with rubber band. (playtex presteralised best hor aroudn $10-12 for 140 bags) ziplock presteralised kind hor $10 only 25 pcs i used some & didnt repurchase too ex. i didnt have much milk hor i can still store around 80-100 bags around 100-150 ml at one time imagine how many you will need to buy lor. 1-2 boxes of playtex good enough for 6 mths or so lor.

when i went back work hor mth 4. 8 mths lor every weekday go work hor must remmeber every nite come back msut pop the ice pack back into the freezer lor cos next day need it. every evening pour out milk to freeze & label the date i pumped the milk cos FIFO think all of u know first in first out.

then wash pump parts & steralise - takes me 25 mins every nite come home from work lor. I dont trust my maid to wash my girl's milk bottles clean so i also at this time give her bottles a good scrub as well lor.
