Yup, 29th month together.

So fast, 25th of each month hor.
Didnt do much today, both on leave.
(yest guessed didnt warmed up enough thus muscle-ache quite badly)

Yesterday, went for our 1st run together.
@ Singapore Bay Run 2008.

Completed our 10km together @ 1hr 38min.
Not bad la.

In all, we did run 6.8km, and walk 3.2km. Not bad hor.
Haa.. Actually eben dear can run more, but then, he had to pace his lazy wife… so … :p

This 10km we joined, is competitive de, thus we got a finisher’s medal.

Yes, we definitely going for it again next yr.
This run is so fun!
Not sure if because SAF arranged lots of water points and had military band, cheerleaders performing while we running, or because of Eben Dear. :p

Perhaps, coming standchart run. For the medal!
